Dear Comrade,
This is in continuation to our circular letter No. 25. The Sponsoring Committee has decided to organize the march to Parliament programme on 18th Feb. 2009. All COCs are requested to kindly mobilize as many number of comrades as possible to participate in the programme. The adjoining States of Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh will take steps to mobilize maximum number of comrades to take part in the March along with other sections of the Working class. The Secretary of COC Delhi is requested to kindly intimate all branches functioning under it to hold meetings to mobilize the members to participate in the programme.
