Dear Comrades,

Red Salutes and Revolutionary Greetings to all. 

Within short notice and short span of time many of our Central Government employees leaders and pensioners leaders organised the Lunch Hour Demonstration today (16.10.2026) in a grand manner. Barring one or two states most of the places our comrades participated in the demonstration program in large numbers. It shows the anguish of our comrades on delay in declaring DA/DR by the govt. 

A big thanks and salutes to all the leaders and comrades of state CoCs, affiliated organisations and pensioners organisations.

Now the employees and pensioners have come together for struggle. This unity must continue and we will surely organise strong agitation programs in future to achieve our just demands. 

The govt without considering our demand of increase in bonus ceiling announced Rs 7000 only again this year, we have to get back our OPS again by scrapping NPS/UPS, Validation of Pension Bill has to be withdrawn, Interim Relief and merger of 50% DA with basic pay has to be given and 8CPC has to be implemented from 1.1.26 as per our demand.

The future is very difficult and we have to embark upon a serious continuous struggle by maintaining strong unity. And also bring our other organisations like employees and pensioners of state government, Railway and Defence employees and pensioners together in a larger forum.
