Sub: Request for extension of period to submit letters of authorization under check- off system under CCS (RSA) Rules-1993 from April-30 to June-30.

                                                                                                                                                            

Sir,

As you are aware that under CCS (RSA) Rules-1993, in the month of April each year, there is provision to submit letter of authorization under check of system to enroll new membership or change of union.

           But this year whole April is being  passed under lockdown as the lockdown has been extended upto May-3^rd-2020.Due lockdown  it is not possible to submit letter of authorization under check of system under CCS(RAS) Rules-1993 upto 30^th April-2020.

            Keeping in view the prevailed circumstances, it is requested to kindly extend the period for the purpose mentioned above from April-30 to June-30.
