Sub:  Handing over of accounts and connected documents for the period from 2016 to 2020.

Dear Comrade,

           Please refer to my previous letter dated 18th March,2020 on the above subject and also the phone talk I had with you.

     The National Secretariat meeting of the Confederation of Central Govt. Employees and Workers held on 28.06.2020 has taken serious note of your negative attitude with regard to handing over of accounts to the newly elected office bearers of Confederation (CHQ). The National Secretariat has decided to issue one more notice to you, before taking any further action.

     Accordingly, notice is hereby issued to you on behalf of Confederation (CHQ). You are hereby directed to hand over the account and all connected documents of Confederation for the period from 18.08.2016 to 31.01.2020, within 10 days from receipt of this notice, failing which further action as deemed fit will be taken by the Confederation.
