REPORT OF STATE COC CONFERENCE WEST BENGAL

16^th Conference of Coordination committee of Central government employees and workers took place in Asansol city from 18th to 20th December, 2015. On 18th procession of delegates and employees of Asansol city walked around the venue. This was followed by hoisting of red flag of organisation by comrade Tapan Dasgupta, President and garlending of martyrs coloulm started. Leaders of fraternal organization, local leaders of mass organization garlanded  the column. Then delegates entered a well decorated Hall .Teesta Setalvad inaugurated the conference with an illuminating speech .She called for taking on economic fascism and social fascism together.She was emphatic about taking up issues related to non regulars and on building of scientific temper. Representatives of organisation of Bank, Defence ,state government employees etc greeted the conference. Then report was placed by Gen.Secretary and accounts by Treasures. Report, beside narrating national and international situation, report called upon central government employees to be ready to fight defrosted recommendation of 7th CPC by maintaining unity irrespective of caste, creed or language. It also appealed for building organizations with recruitment of young comrades. 55 delegates from different organization and 15 districts discussed the report for 3days before unanimously acceptance with further enrichment .On 19th Comrade M. Krishnan elaborately discussed report of 7CPC and asked the delegates to be ready for ensuing strike. 8separate resolution was accepted. One such was appealing the employees to stand by distressed and struggling tea plantation workers. Immediately near 2lacs rupees were collected including 37 thousands announced by Comrade Krishnan on behalf of Confederation and NFPE unions. Conference unanimously elected a new executive committee of 15 members and an advisory committee of 4 members. Names are given below :
