STATE CONVENTION OF C-O-C OF CENTRAL GOVT.EMPLOYEES & WORKERS, ASSAM.

          Convention of  Central Govt. Employees & Workers of Assam held on 7th Sept'13 at BSNL Multipurpose Hall, Guwahati. more than 250 delegates from 17 organisations of Central Govt. establishment  of Assam attended. Meeting was presided over by Com S.Rahman (President,C-O-C Assam) , Com.Kanak Gosswami  & Com. Ashok Barman (Vice Presidents from Brahmapurta Board & Defence Association). Convention was inaurgurated by Com.K.P.Rajagopal, Secretary of All India CG Confederation . Declaration  on 15 point charter of demands was placed by Com. Ghana Gohain, G/Secy. C-O-C Assam. Chief speaker in the convention was Com. Garga Talukdar, JT. Convenor, JCTU, Assam.Almost all the organisations participated in the discussion. Com. D.K.Debnath(NFPE), Com.Subir Mazumder (ITF), Com M R Das(BSNL), Com.kamalesh Chouduary(Audit), Com. Bhabesh Das (State Govt. Employees),Com Dinesh Das(State Govt Pensioners Asso) Com Sarbananda Das (CG Pensioners Asso) & others spoke in the meeting. The meeting unanimously resolved to implement the all programmes chalked out by the  All India COC  of CG Confederation .
